Sorry to hear you are having side effects @mccraigmccraig - TeamPfizer or TeamAZ? (I got jab 2 on Saturday just gone)
neither - moderna - pretty minor side-effect though
I am filling out paperwork for new employment, and I am so confused, it would be funny, if it wasn't happening to me 😛 Reference request page asks for details of "referees". Both position held and period of employment is listed, but for some reason I am guessing the position held is about the person whose name I am sharing, but the period of employment is about me? Or both are about me?
Until then, if you care to share your opinion, what do you think I should write for position? Mine or the "referee's"?
I would assume the position and period of employment would be for the referee
e.g. "John Smith - Pub Landlord - 3 years"
it's kind of odd though I haven't had to fill out one like that except for things like passports etc
but the period can't be for the referee, I have zero idea when they started working, they got there through an acquisition
position held could be important, am I giving someone middle manager's contact, or a HR assistant's?
It could be that they want to know the person’s relationship to you, and how long you worked together, but who knows
morning
position held and tenure will both be you
if they specify "referee's relationship to you" or "did you report to the referee" then you might assume it's their job, otherwise prob not. just so they can find the relevant one you've listed on yr cv to match it against probs
