Got 1.10.3.1013 installed today and haven't had any problems so far in dev/test/CI but I haven't really pushed that TDEPS-83 thing yet...

^^ cc @pez @cfleming the big thing here is the change for TDEPS-83 which will now notice when local manifest files change (deps.edn/pom.xml) and trigger a classpath recompute - this has come up several times with Calva and Cursive, particularly in combination with things like polylith
