Seems hard, there is so much. Maybe look up your favourite speakers and see if they do some training you would like?

yeah, but basically all the trainings are 2 day longs.. I would like something more complete

@UBSREKQ5Q IIRC http://8thlight.com used to offer apprenticeships. Now the landing page looks more marketed towards internships, but they used to mention an option of “expert knowledge sharing” where you drop by for 1-3 months and then go back to your previous gig.

Maybe there are also other companies that do something similar?

I think I may have heard about something similar on an old Relevance podcast.
