I think so, we could have a cycle between both ways, but probably not common to convert a :ns/keyword to a ::keyword keyword

yes, an extra command to do it on the whole ns could be handy too, even tho in that case simple s&r works fine

feel free to create a issue about it, cycle keyword or something, not a priority IMO though, we still have lots of performance improvements ideas
