We try to have a friday success gathering - although it waxes and wanes depending upon enthusiasm
sounds different. Here there is a fixed standup, almost always done by the same person or someone in their place and it's very forced.
Sounds like it should be asynchronous, rather than force people to a schedule. In a previous job, we had a Slack channel where success news items were posted.
Yeah, like releases are posted here:) Currently at my work all that would count as success that we list on prompt during standup
