It's a morning for pancakes me thinks

If you can find eggs! The whole UK supply of Eggs seems to have vanished!

Just used the last of the flour in them, so I expect that I'll be not having them again for a while with the shortage on

Our egg supply dried up for a while but seems to be pretty steady now (as long as you shop in the morning). We just had our "traditional" sausage & egg breakfast 🙂

I was just at our local Sainsburys. Nowt.

Not a sausage, if you pardon the pun.

We'll probably run out of sausages here tho' -- the supply chain depends on a handful of mega-processing plants and they're shutdown because workers got sick... and working conditions are generally so cramped that they can't safely reopen the plants and maintain distancing 😞

(a lot of meat products will disappear from our shelves, apparently)

I read that The Supreme Leader ordered all meat processing plants to stay open.

Yeah, but like many of his dumbass "orders", reality and sanity prevent it from being executed 🙂

How are Brits viewing HM Govt at the moment?

as usual - incompetent and moving the goalposts to suit their needs, re: 100,000 tests a day achieved, by sending out test kits, not actually counting the number of tests done.
