We are facing problems with our Travis-CI. The build fails as it is not able to pull dependencies from maven

the error is `Could not transfer artifact org.clojure:tools.reader:jar:1.2.2 from/to central (): Access denied to:  , ReasonPhrase:Forbidden.)
