ok, looking forwaed to the issue 😉 I think it would be good to ensure the empty parameters, keyword-keys & defaults at a common place. Currently all web-libs need to take care of these. Schema-tools 0.8.0+ can handle the schema defaults via coercion so no blockers to implements these, maybe to the web-schemas lib and make ring-swagger depend on it.
