I think Paula has mentioned a few times that she was involved with it. 🙂 Another profile in the Clojure community who seems to have been involved in foundational semweb stuff is Jack Rusher. I was reading some W3C documents and randomly discovered that he was the author. Mostly know him for his genart stuff, but he has quite a varied resumé.
