@dbernal just stumbled on your onyx-elasticsearch fork that supports 5.x https://github.com/dfbernal/onyx-elasticsearch/tree/master any plans to contribute that back to the origin repo?
@guillaume.carbonneau at some point yes. It's still missing the ability to read from ES and it currently it only supports writes. As soon as I can finish that I plan on contributing it to the main repo
@dbernal thanks. I only need the write capabilities so that’s convenient. I’m gonna look into making it compatible with ES 6.x too
@guillaume.carbonneau gotcha, I have a more up to date version I can push up in a little bit. It uses Spandex which should make it compatible with any version > 5. We're currently using version 6
