Hey guys, do you have any recommendations for readings on salary negotiation? I think i got the basic ideas, and would like to get some deeper insights/more specific tips etc
i found 'never split the difference' from Chris Voss a good book, its about negotiation in general, not specific to salary negotion, but certainly applicable
erik dietrich has some stuff on his blog iirc
main things are open high and remember that both sides need to walk away satisfied, so aim for a win-win
