something weird started happening with smartparens a couple of weeks ago, typing "
I get \"\"
I managed somehow to fix it, but at the next Emacs restart it started happening again
both with strict and non strict mode
anyone else noticed something similar?
Yes, I think I did see this a couple of times, but I think it only happens on a certain action, which I dont do very often. If it happens again I'll take note of what I did.
this is very weird, somehow it was related with ein
(the Emacs Ipython Notebook library)
which was not required by anything but there was a function call to it that was failing
strange, since they should not really be related packages
who knows
@andrea.crotti have you looked into electric pairs to see if disabling that works, that is if it is enabled
@theeternalpulse uhm it was disabled already
it's quite strange since it worked perfectly well for quite a long time
