It's really nice and could be useful for us too - to ask questions and raise votes.
it is pretty nice and has been pretty turn-key for us (we run it in AWS). one thing to know though is that it can be a spam haven - there are bots that search for known text and target it. you can avoid most of that by not allowing users to create email-based logins (auth source is swappable)
