I think it's the little things, like hearing a colleague saying they're going to setup coercion using spec conformers. That's a good thing to save them from 😛

I know; the problem here is that if I can hear, understand, and react to a colleague saying that, I'm not concentrating deeply enough.

Always being on the (mental) lookout for what's going on is multitasking, like constantly checking your chat or email.

I pick things up like that really easily, it's really frustrating.

I guess I'm also thinking that lunch is for !$WORK. You shouldn't miss out on input from the team because you went for lunch with your partner or something

I think that's the "ymmv" part where every team / person coordinates in a different way 😄
