Quick sanity check please. I'm hitting node memory errors. It's a production app. We're doing some build updates due to XCode 12.5 release (and libs making new assumptions). App is RN 62.3 now.

These NODE_OPTIONS used to work but since it's for 8MB and the error seems to happen around 4MB I figure it's not being used.
