tool.analyzer is just newer and previously wasn't really able to handle cljs

my impression is that basic support is there now, but at least in the past it wasn't used enough to seriously be considered as replacement

in the end the benefit is quite small for ClojureScript - but I know it does get a bit of usage in tools and I think that makes sense
