As I'm nearing both the end of long term and Q1 funding: 1. Will there be a new long-term funding cycle and will it be again decided by public vote? 2. Can I apply ad libitum for new funding, since babashka, clj-kondo etc are mentioned again in the last "call for funding proposals"?
