@malcolmsparks: sounds great
@malcolmsparks: I'm interested in any suggestions for how we can work together
I haven't worked with Yada yet. What's the best way to get an overview of it besides/beyond the obvious RTFM!
The current master doc is the best overview right now. There's http://yada.juxt.pro which is a few weeks old.
Read The Friendly Manual? Yes definitely! :)
You'll get most from the intro. The phonebook example in examples/ is a good code-oriented example too
yeah, yada-discuss is pretty low volume. I think there's a general problem of asking people to ask questions in front of an invisible audience of unknown size
they don't lend themselves to chat, which means there isn't a to-and-fro which sometimes you need to understand a problem
and if you do chat you're often dumping in everyone's inboxes which we're all trying to keep at 0 these days
I like some of the novel ideas in braid-chat, I read some of Martin K's stuff and it rang true
yes please!
okay, hopefully in a couple of hours - I just created a complete mess of the tagging system (on purpose) for the devs to sort out and I'd hate to expose you to my stress-testing of the system so I'm gonna let that settle down before sending you the invite as I don't want to waste your time
