@t.denley As a general rule, I think you should try to get as much state as possible into app-db. If you choose to use component local state, there should be a really good reason. And there are good reasons. For example, you might be writing basic, reusable UI components. Its just that, by default, choose app-db

Actually I guess that is wrong. You do, but you also sync it with app-db.
