Fulcro is no longer based on om next?

I haven't been following too closely later. Off to read the fulcro readme...

@danielstockton fulcro forked Om.next, now it uses it's own versions of reconciler and rendering, by removing the option of "any type of db" and focusing on "map dbs" some optimisations and simplifications are possible
