Not exactly sure of the scope of your question, but I successfully used https://github.com/sickcodes/Docker-OSX to create OSX binaries for my cljs Electron app... I'd never built a Mac dev machine of any kind before so it was a pretty wild experience

I made one with https://github.com/kholia/OSX-KVM, same as you never used a mac/iOS device but my app kept crashing at a point

I found out it was an extremely odd bug with react-spring:

I guess it was crashing webkit at a low level because there wasn't even an error 😐 worth the few hours though
