OK, com.github.seancorfield/honeysql {:mvn/version "2.0.0-rc5"} -- https://github.com/seancorfield/honeysql/releases/tag/v2.0.0-rc5 -- fixes :fetch/`:offset` for SQL Server (and ANSI/PostgreSQL too), fixes the fetch helper and the with-columns helper, improve error reporting when an entity is required but something else if provided, improves the :cross-join documentation. This should be the last RC and 2.0.<commits> will be the "gold" version arriving at the end of the month!
