Short update, this turned into a bit of a yakshave but I've installed the new token, captured recent data from the API (see https://github.com/lambdaisland/slack-backfill), and have re-imported the last couple of days. In the process I've also bumped up a lot of our dependencies including Java and Datomic, and addressed a few other small things that had been piling up. I'm doing a full re-import of all history which is something I'd been meaning to do for a while, that way you should also start seeing emoji reactions in the logs for older messages.
