Today I am designing a generic Pedestal interceptor that intercepts the authentication flow to present various checkboxes to the user (think: GDPR). For a number of reasons, I am quite opposed to the typical EU cookie law popover thing that obscures your screen, so I wanted to make this part of the login flow instead.

@simongray how often do people log in? (just wondering about the ongoing consent)
But as for consent, they’re not supposed to agree every time they log in, just the first time. The UI can always be revisited, however, if you want to change the consent.
