I think the new Antora-based documentation will be easier with people to work with; I found jBake to be a bit cranky and hard to setup. I hope this will spur people to provide documentation PRs.

Antora is very fast, once you do the initial setup, it takes maybe a second to generate a local copy of the Pedestal site. Near real-time feedback makes it much easier to do the tough work of writing documentation.
