Practicalli books are updating to Material for MkDocs version 9.4 (latest release). The new Material version requires a minor change to the extension used for icons & emoji and a slight change to the local dev install instructions. An error about the emoji extension may be shown when running the updated mkdocs.yml config on Material 9.3 version locally. Books are updated with the new version as new content is added. Neovim and Engineering playbook have already been updated.
