In case it sounds a little quiet here: I'm putting our documentation into good order before taking on more complicated things. Documentation is moving from the pedestal-docs repo into the main pedestal repo (so that documentation and code can be side-by-side) and I'm switching over to Antora for the build (so that we can publish multiple versions of the documentation, linked to different branches).
