I didn’t.
(What’s an “MV”?)
materialized-view
not dissimilar to a postgresql materialized view
morning
@mccraigmccraig in what way did it "kill* c*?
@otfrom all nodes became unresponsive, stopped accepting CQL connections, showed as dead in opscenter
restarting nodes worked fine, but the MVs were in a borked state - no records, no ongoing build action. rebuilding the MVs manually, one at a time, worked fine
@mccraigmccraig are you're based in Brighton?
just outside brighton - ditchling - @yogidevbear
Do you happen to know if the electric train is currently running along the beachfront between the marina and the pier?
i don't think so @yogidevbear - but their website will know better than me http://volkselectricrailway.co.uk/
Yeah, their website is a bit pants
No real details on whether it's running or not, times, days, etc
and no phone number so can't talk to a human
No worries
why do you manually wait for advanced compilation?
isn’t that a job for a machine?
@peterwestmacott i haven't automated the upload-the-apps-to-itunesconnect-and-google-play yet. the ios bit is xcode dependent anyway, and while it might be automatable i couldn't put it on our CI server
ah, okay
iirc automating goole play deploys is not too tricky, but the iOS ones are a right PITA.
yeah, using codefresh - i don't think they support apple builds
I don't often say this, but I could really do with a 🍺 right about now
