and you could write some more specs during the talk.. do some extreme mob programming

@robert-stuttaford don't worry too much about preparing... totally overrated 😉

@robert-stuttaford we usually cap the tickets at about 150 and try to get people who won’t show up to cancel their reservations. That results in about 110 ~ 130 people actually showing up for the event (including organizers etc).
