minor bug fix in core.rrb-vector library seems sufficient to justify a 0.1.2 version release. If I ever wrote down the recipe on how to do that, I'm not sure where I recorded it.
Go to http://build.clojure.org, login, select your project, and then you should see "Perform Maven Release" in the list of build tasks on the left.
I can do it for you if desired
