@alexmiller it's late so need to respond now, but I don't think I ever used an email to signup to JIRA, should I just make a new account and you'll give the privileges from before?

Alex Miller (Clojure team)00:05:17

No, you have an account

Alex Miller (Clojure team)00:05:36

And it’s tied to all your existing activity

dnolen00:05:33

@alexmiller it won't let me log in with my email

dnolen00:05:47

nvm I figured it out

Alex Miller (Clojure team)00:05:45

fyi for anyone here, I am still working on the migration - please avoid modifying stuff for now. there is a non-0 chance that I will need to delete and re-import one or more projects (including CLJS) and any work you have done will be lost

dnolen00:05:04

k thanks for the heads up

Alex Miller (Clojure team)00:05:27

but do feel free to look around and compare to the old system and let me know if you see anything that looks wrong

Alex Miller (Clojure team)00:05:15

in general, all issues, comments, and attachments should have come over. any users that were recreated should be linked up. if a comment is from a user that does not exist in the new system, that should be annotated in the comment.

Alex Miller (Clojure team)00:05:09

I have not yet added any project admin privileges

dnolen00:05:57

exciting stuff, thanks for working on this!

Alex Miller (Clojure team)01:05:10

I've just made the whole site browsable for anonymous users so anyone should be able to see stuff now https://clojure.atlassian.net/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa

Alex Miller (Clojure team)14:05:05

I did end up needing to drop and reimport the CLJS project. there seems to be a snag in the importer for attachments with the same name on an issue. in most cases this wasn't a big deal but CLJS has a large number of these and it was easier to just rename the attachments in the migration tool and drop/re-import

Alex Miller (Clojure team)14:05:14

re-import is under way right now

vojko14:05:09

I have noticed that after migration my account have more permissions than before.

Alex Miller (Clojure team)18:05:50

Perms are still being adjusted. Don’t break anything. :)

thheller18:05:22

@alexmiller is it safe to start using the JIRA again or are you still doing stuff?

Alex Miller (Clojure team)18:05:09

Any changes you made yesterday were lost on the re import

thheller18:05:11

ok thanks. I'll just re-post the patch and comments
