yes there is one, but it is not super great

problem is that someone needs to write it all down and I have a terrible track record of doing so ๐
that's where a bot comes in handy
here we mark a conversation after the fact
the bot asks if we want to paste it as part of a github issue
that's your Q&A, of course some refinement needs to be done, but we can build a simple "is this message relevant to the discussion?" UX and the bot adds it or not
