I’m having trouble with lein install when testing a lein template generation. It doesn’t seem like it’s installing at all. It is a SNAPSHOT version. Is that blocking it somehow?

@mruzekw: I'm not sure if templates have to be release versions? You could take a look at what luminus does for testing
