Hi all - wanted to share https://hasgeek.com/jsfoo/fp-webconf/ here - it’s an effort to bring together like minded people to share and learn about FP in the web-app dev context. As part of the effort, Clojure is one key area of focus too. Please do go through the information on the shared link and consider getting involved (as speaker or attendee).

Also sharing the pitch below. Of course, forgot to mention that this is on the Hasgeek platform.

FP-WebConf <> is a platform for building a network of engineers, companies and engineering leaders in India. The goal is to help engineers understand and develop the FP mindset of programming and engineering, while also building a knowledge base with engineering leaders sharing case studies of building and scaling teams and products using Functional Programming.

FP-WebConf - - hosts monthly talks for engineers and engineering leaders, and will culminate into a conference on 29 September in Bangalore.

FP-WebConf invites the Clojure community to participate by:
1. Sharing talks that are case studies on the application of Clojure - for engineering and product.
2. Suggesting speakers.
3. Following updates and participating in the online and in-person conference -
FP-WebConf is curated by Anupam Jain, UI architect at Arista. Baishampayan Ghose (BG) is involved as reviewer, and will lead the track for engineering leaders and managers. Ravindra Jaju is involved as speaker, reviewer and steward for activities in Pune.

Should you have questions, reach out to or post a comment on FP-WebConf <>.
