What: Specification driven programming in Clojure using core.spec When: Friday, June 3, 2016 - 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM Where: Helpshift, 106 ABC, A1, E-Space IT Park, Wadgaon Sheri, Maharashtra, Pune (map) - Agenda: Describing programs is hard. Keeping documentation updated is hard. Type systems are not enough. We need something better for Clojure. Enter core.spec. core.spec is a new feature in the upcoming 1.9 release. It provides a powerful way of specifying programs, validating input/output, and generating documentation/tests. This talk will be an intro to core.spec, its rationale and use-cases. About the speaker: BG is Co-founder/CTO at Helpshift and has been programming in Clojure for some time. Please RSVP here:
