One of the advantages of expo is the fact that ci integration is as simple as doing expo build:ios / expo build:android and you'll get a binary built on their servers. If you don't have mac servers, this is an advantage. I just got their latest newsletter, and they are extending their build service to ejected ('bare') apps in the New Year.
