I want to add :extra-env generically for all task, do you have an idea? I can make a wrapper script that sets the env and runs bb

babashka.process supports *defaults* - perhaps it works when you alter-var-root that thing and assoc the extra-env

but I don't think extra extra-envs will be merged on to that, they would replace

perhaps you an also just define them as a top level var and use them in your calls
