Hei guy! Happy new year! 😉 I've thinking about be a membership of PurelyFunctional... But I'm not sure about that. Anyone who are member or was, could talk about?
@caio.cesar.g.souza i was for awhile, what do you want to know?
any immutant users here? does immutant have a proxyname configuration similar to tomcat, for when it's run behind a proxy?
@kaosko have you checked the #immutant channel?
@naomarik, it is a good place to learn clojure? How was you experience with? (in your opinion)
in my case it was a pretty good resource. I signed up as an absolute newbie and it opened up a lot of things to me that would have taken me longer to find by myself. i remember being able to use core async with complete understanding immediately after watching a few videos on it and i’ve never done concurrency in programming before
eric explains things in a very complete way and there’s a lot of topics he covers.
it's a good place to learn, yes. But don't forget about https://github.com/ClojureBridge/curriculum/tree/gh-pages and http://www.4clojure.com/
Thanks @naomarik! I've the same case, and also watched some videos and it looks very illustrative. I'll try the monthly membership...
@U83JDR147, of course! I saw the curriculum of ClojureBridge today early in the morning, I definitely will try it. Thanks!
