does anyone know where the jvm gets its timezone data from? I have the jre updated to the latest version (8u91-b14-1~bpo8+1) available in the debian stable repo, and the tzdata
package is also up to date, but the DST change date is still wrong
oh, there is no jre update for the latest timezone changes, apparently: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/tzdata-versions-138805.html
