hi guys does anyone notice that when you run a process in emacs, for example webserver ? then you cannot open new terminal tab ( mac ) or new panel in tmux ? When I run !pkill -9 java then the new terminal can be opened. ( Can not be opened here is the fact that new tab is created but shell is not showing , just in loading state ) .
