I have transitioned one holy-lambda project into a polylith repo.. no blog post or anything but I can help out, maybe

In essence -- all the holy-lambda files went in a project (bb.edn, deps.edn, native image related resources) the base is where I put the main function and holy-lambda entrypoint and everything else is in components I run bb and sam tasks from the project's directory
