@vemv @bozhidar it turned out that my co-worker had misunderstood the idiomatic style, and was totally ready to switch. I was just being too polite. Sometimes it's difficult to shake off the British upbringing I guess 😛

I think this has been a point of contention between cursive and emacs and Colin has been very generous in accommodating the quirks of emacs
