Hi! I hope you are all well in these times!

I just noticed that the long running db on my dev machine reset tx counter 4 times. This might be related to exports and imports and maybe me having to reorder the export first so schema imports first.

I can't tell for sure since export deletes tx.instant information. I am sure that i had to export and reimport for the update to 3.2 a few months back and that seems not to have caused a reset.
