Hi Dragan, thank-you for another great article! Do I understand correctly that this implies that the Simplex algorithm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simplex_algorithm) is now possible using Neanderthal? Eager to see Neanderthal put to use to solve real-world linear optimization problems 🙂
@aaelony Thank you for reading 🙂 Simplex algorithm is possible, only in the sense that someone need to implement it. As a built-in, it is not available, as linear programming is outside of Neanderthal's scope.
Thank-you for the great blog posts. Can you or anyone recommend a good linear programming textbook?
I've only done some linear programming back in university, as part of operations research. That was 20 years ago, so I can't help here.
