I use skype + screenflow

We could do audio only interviews as well of course

well, with screenflow you can record everythin or just the audio, as you wish 🙂

We have a question on the sign up page about training - is that interesting to anyone?

some people answer yes … is that followed up?

I would prefer to drop the question if not

At the beginning I though to make more belgian oriented trainings just to promote/speed up the integration of Clojure in Belgium, but we never took any action on it. I'm checking all the replies and almost everyone would like some free training, even if it's online... but it's true that there's a lot of material out there..

Ask them for a link to any clojure related topics they worked on

or maybe more general, are you already contributing with the clojure community (clojure web trainning, open source projects, etc)

I live in Berlin now but I'm originally from Belgium. I'd love to give a talk some time, I'll be in Belgium a couple times over the summer so maybe we can work something out

if I can suggest something for the http://meetup.com page, the first question you ask when signing up is a yes/no clojure, "Have you ever worked with Clojure before?"

might be better to make that a more open question, like "What Clojure experience do you have, if any?"
