ok. the instrument-all test is fixed. it was a reloading issue (https://dev.clojure.org/jira/browse/CLJS-2967)

I guess we can do a 0.0.2 RELEASE now, if everyone could give speculative a quick try on their work projects to check for last minute bugs 🙂
