Hi James, when you mention UK-compatible working hours, is noon-onwards (UK time) enough overlap?
Four hours per day should be plenty. I don’t anticipate four hours of meetings per day but as we have other commitments, fitting things in becomes challenging.

Thanks for the quick response! I ended up applying, definitely interested in hearing some more specifics on how you’re gathering data from the teams themselves for distilling insights to leadership, and ideally, the rest of the team in the case of more-distributed teams 💪
