For what it's worth I've been in touch with Functional Works in the course of mid-2016 and they're really helpful and caring. Out of 3 roles I've had multiple skype interviews, 2 invites for on-site interviews for two of them and 1 offer for the third one. I didn't accept the offer and cancelled the interviews because of personal reasons but the people at FW have been incredibly supporting, arranging every details, and should I have gone through to the interviews, I'm sure they would have make it easy for me all the way. I've used FW from both sides and I agree, they're a cut above compared to other recruitment agencies I've worked with. They aren't pushy and both roles and candidates they've suggested have always been good. Recommended.
