Just noticed this in the release notes for avro 1.11.1. [AVRO-3375] Add union branch, array index and map key “path” information to serialization errors I’m not using avro at the moment (or even kafka 😑), but I’ve spent many an hour trying to figure out which bit of my avro message was incorrect while working with jackdaw/kafka/avro
