figwheel 2018-08-08

hey there. I'm trying to set up and run figwheel inside my app by simply calling figwheel-sidecar.system/start-figwheel!. it worked for a while, but with newest cider (0.18.0) it makes impossible to connect to repl. is that something known?

@michal I've just fired up a cider REPL in the latest figwheel and it started fine
